Sustainable support starts with the people who work most closely with students. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on training, mentorship, and skill-building as essential parts of our model.
We believe in investing in the capacity of school teams, so they feel confident, capable, and supported.
When knowledge lives within the community, care becomes more consistent, more responsive, and more sustainable.
As part of our speech program, all participating school teams take part in an immersive three-day training conference. Through guided sessions, hands-on practice, and one-on-one coaching from our speech-language pathologists, teams gain the tools to recognize, understand, and support students with speech and language challenges. When school teams are confident and prepared, speech support becomes reliable and impactful.
To extend learning beyond staff training, schools receive full access to our suite of valuable training resources.

Created by speech-language pathologists, the app bridges the gap between therapy sessions and everyday life.
Features include animated models of speech sounds, real-time voice analysis for feedback, translated decks in multiple languages and dialects, and fun, interactive games. With built-in training videos and ready-to-use downloadable resources, the app empowers school staff to feel confident supporting student speech development.
